一木教育创始人，北京师范大学汉语言文学系本科，教育专业硕士，教师资格证持有者，凭借着从事语言文学教育工作15年的丰富经验，一手建立起科学性趣味性兼具的的中文教学体系，并且根据各个阶段学生的不同程度，独立编写一木教育所有课程的教材，严格把控教学质量与学生的学习进度。

Founder of Yimu Education. 

Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, Master's degree in Education, and holder of a teaching qualification certificate. With over 15 years of experience in language and literature education, I have developed a comprehensive Chinese language teaching system that combines scientific rigor with engaging content. I have independently authored all course materials for Yimu Education, tailored to the varying levels of students at different stages, ensuring strict control over teaching quality and student progress.

教学理念: 在中国，新加坡，英国的教学经历赋予了我宝贵的经验，也让我对从事教育事业矢志不移。2016年我开始在Wimbledon地区开展针对母语中文学习的教学活动，得到了学生和家长的支持和肯定。我希望运用自己的专业知识，帮助更多中文母语背景的孩子双语成长。

Teaching Philosophy: My teaching experience in China, Singapore, and the UK has provided me with invaluable insights and has solidified my commitment to the field of education. In 2016, I began offering Chinese language instruction for native speakers in the Wimbledon area, which has received strong support and recognition from both students and parents. I aim to utilise my expertise to support the bilingual development of children with a Chinese language background.

担任11岁以上高阶中文班教师。 

Serves as the lead teacher for the Chinese class for students aged 11 and above. 

威斯敏斯特大学媒体管理硕士，成长于教育行业家庭，从小受到言传身教。担任7岁及以上学生班级及GCSE的中文班老师。维维老师擅长悉心引导，启发思维，发散思考，培养学生们养成独立思考的习惯。耐心讲解，用生动的故事和想象力引导学生理解和记忆中文。注重学生的听、说、读、写技能的准确使用。

Master of Media Management from the University of Westminster, raised in an education-focused family, and has been influenced by their teachings from a young age. Currently teaches Chinese classes for students aged 7 and above, as well as GCSE Chinese classes. Ms. Weiwei excels at guiding students with care, inspiring critical thinking, and fostering the habit of independent thinking. She patiently explains concepts, using vivid stories and imagination to help students understand and remember Chinese. She places a strong emphasis on the accurate use of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

教学理念：每当看着学生们越来越准确的能够用中文表达自己，会写的中文越来越多，我都觉得非常的欣慰。语言是一门工具，希望同学们能在愉悦的中文环境中学习到有用的知识和有趣的文化，并且在学习的过程中养成独立思考的学习习惯。

Teaching philosophy: Every time I see students becoming more and more proficient in expressing themselves in Chinese and writing more Chinese characters, I feel a great sense of satisfaction. Language is a tool, and I hope students can learn useful knowledge and interesting culture in a pleasant Chinese-language environment, while developing the habit of independent thinking in the process of learning.

负责美育班整体管理，并担任3-11岁美育班教师。

Responsible for overall art program management and teaches art classes for students aged 3–11. 

毕业与伦敦艺术大学中央圣马丁学院设计专业一等学位， 曾就读于中央工艺美术学院附属中学，并在英国A-level艺术与设计学科中荣获A*的优异成绩，拥有扎实的艺术基础。在伦敦美术机构的任教中积累了丰富的艺术教学经验，成功辅导多名学生获得Holland Park、Francis Holland、Queens Gate等学校的Art Scholarship。精通油画、水彩、素描、丙烯、彩色铅笔、电子绘画等多种绘画媒介，热衷于将中国丰富的美术技巧教育与西方的创意思维培养相结合，为学生提供全面和多元化的艺术教育。

First-Class Honours degree in Design from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, and have accumulated significant teaching experience at various art institutions and studios in London， successfully assisted students achieving Art Scholarship from Francis Holland, Queens Gate, and etc. My expertise spans multiple painting media, including oil, watercolour, sketching, acrylic, coloured pencils, and digital painting.

教学理念：通过12年的国内外艺术学习经验，我深信观察、绘画、手工技能的培养与艺术鉴赏、独特风格探索、创新思维的培养应该相互交织在一起。在艺术创作中获得乐趣，能够帮助孩子培养审美观，了解世界文化，锻炼观察、耐心和专注于细节的能力。从小鼓励孩子保持想象力和创造力，同时获得扎实的美术基础，使他们能够体验创作的成就感，享受学习和成长的过程，并更加欣赏生活中的美。

With over 12 years of experience in art education, I am passionate about combining technical skills with creative thinking. My goal is to provide students with a comprehensive and diverse art education that nurtures their creativity while developing their observational and manual skills. I believe this approach helps children appreciate art, understand different cultures, and enhance their focus and imagination, setting a strong foundation for both artistic growth and personal development.

Serves as the teacher for the Chinese–Art integrated class for ages 3–11 and also works as a teaching assistant. 

本科毕业于英国伦敦艺术大学传媒学院品牌设计专业（Graphic Branding and Identity），并以全A distinction成绩顺利完成学业。在此之前，我于剑桥视觉与表演艺术学校完成高中课程并荣获优异毕业成绩。目前，我正于伦敦艺术大学继续深造，攻读艺术指导（Design for Art Direction）硕士学位，持续探索跨媒介叙事、视觉策略与文化表达之间的关系。

I graduated from the London college of Communication at the University of the Arts London with  distinction's degree, majoring in Graphic Branding and Identity, and successfully completed my studies with all A  grades.  Prior to that, I completed my high school education at the Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts with excellent academic results. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Design for Art Direction at the University of the Arts London, focusing on cross-media storytelling, visual strategy, and cultural expression.

我擅长综合材料创作，精通素描、速写、丙烯、水彩、版画等多种艺术媒介。不同媒介为我提供了丰富的表达方式，例如素描与速写训练观察力，丙烯与水彩强调色彩与情感表现，版画则展现图形与肌理的美感。我注重将多媒介融入教学中，引导孩子们以多样的方式探索与表达自己的创意。

I specialize in mixed-media art and am skilled in a variety of mediums, including sketching, quick drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor, and printmaking. Each medium offers unique expressive qualities: sketching and quick drawing sharpen observation, acrylic and watercolor emphasize color and emotional expression, and printmaking reveals the beauty of texture and graphic repetition.

教育理念：我一直相信，艺术教育不仅是技能的传授，更是情感的共鸣与思想的激发。在课堂中，我鼓励孩子们用自己的方式去理解世界、讲述故事、表达内心，用视觉语言打造属于自己的艺术宇宙。我希望通过我在插画、设计与教育方面的专业背景，为孩子们打开想象的大门，让他们在艺术中获得自信、快乐与自由。

I enjoy incorporating these media into my teaching, encouraging children to explore and express their creativity in diverse ways. I was awarded first place in the color category in Jiangsu Province, China, and this strong sense of color has become a key strength in my educational approach.                                                                          My teaching style is rooted in the belief that art education is not only about developing technical skills, but also about fostering emotional connection and independent thinking. I encourage children to explore the world in their own way, to tell stories from their unique perspectives, and to express their inner thoughts through visual language. With a strong background in illustration, design, and education, I aim to open the door to creativity for each child—helping them build confidence, discover joy, and experience the freedom that art can bring.

担任8-11岁中高阶中文班教师。

Serves as the teacher for the Chinese Intermediate–Advanced class for ages 8–11. 

目前就读于英国伦敦金匠学院策展硕士，拥有设计背景，具有人文视野与社会参与式项目经验。她曾在深圳中学学习，在开放、多元且重视思考的环境中成长，这段经历培养了她对表达、观察与独立思考的敏感度。她擅长将“参与、表达与学习方法”融入中文课堂，让学习过程自然、有趣且富有深度。

Amber is currently pursuing a Master’s in Curating at Goldsmiths, University of London, with professional experience in the design industry. She studied at Shenzhen Middle School, an environment that values open-minded learning and independent thinking. With this foundation and her experience in socially engaged projects, she brings interactive and meaningful learning experiences into her Chinese lessons.
 

教学理念：语言学习的核心在于思维与表达能力的培养，而非单纯记忆。课堂风格温柔稳定，注重陪伴与支持，尊重每位孩子的学习节奏，让他们在安全感中建立自信与兴趣。教学注重清晰结构与方法意识，通过活动情境与思考引导，让孩子在使用中掌握中文，学会“如何理解、如何表达、如何抓重点”。她期望每位孩子都能在中文学习中找到自己的声音，培养学习能力与独立思考。

Amber creates a warm, steady and supportive classroom atmosphere, respecting each child’s pace and helping them build confidence in using Chinese. She focuses on clear structure and learning methods, guiding students through activities and real-life contexts. Her approach helps children learn Chinese through real use, develop thinking and expression skills, and grow as independent learners.

担任4-7岁中文班教师。

Serves as the teacher for the Chinese Early Learners class for ages 4–7. 

硕士毕业于伦敦大学学院（UCL）的小学教育（Primary Education 4-12）专业，持有中国幼儿园及小学教师资格证，并拥有普通话二级甲等证书。

I hold a Master’s degree in Primary Education (4-12) from University College London (UCL). I am a certified teacher for both kindergarten and primary school in China, and I hold a Mandarin Chinese Certificate (Level 2-A). Furthermore, I have attained a Grade 9 Piano Certificate from the Central Conservatory of Music, demonstrating the  highest level of musical proficiency.

我的教学专长在于创造一种支持性、快乐且高效的中文学习环境。我精通奥尔夫音乐教学法，擅长将音乐、节奏无缝融入课堂，让语言学习不再是机械的记忆，而是一场充满乐趣的探索之旅。同时，得益于系统的儿童心理学知识，我坚信每个孩子都是独特的。我注重细致观察，善于发现孩子的个性与潜能，并在此基础上为其制定个性化的成长方案，引导他们建立自信，找到属于自己的学习节奏。

My teaching expertise lies in creating a supportive, joyful, and effective Chinese learning environment. I am highly skilled in the Orff approach, seamlessly integrating music and rhythm into my lessons. This transforms language learning from rote memorization into an engaging and fun journey of discovery. Grounded in a solid understanding of child psychology, I firmly believe that every child is unique. I am a dedicated observer, keen on identifying each child's individual character and potential. Based on my observations, I develop personalized learning plans aimed at fostering confidence and helping each child find their own unique learning rhythm.

教学理念：我在国内多个城市与英国伦敦不同学校参与支教以及志愿教学活动，丰富的教学与志愿工作让我与来自不同文化、社会背景的孩子们建立了深厚的联结。这些经历让我深刻理解并尊重每个孩子的独特性，也让我能将中式教育的严谨与西方教育的启发式、个性化风格相融合。我致力于营造一个既包容又充满挑战的课堂，在这里，每个孩子都能被看见、被倾听、被支持，从而发自内心地爱上中文学习。

My teaching and volunteering experiences, spanning various cities across China and diverse schools in London, have allowed me to build strong connections with children from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of every child and have enabled me to skillfully integrate the academic rigor of Eastern teaching methodologies with the inquiry-based and individualized approaches common in the West. I am committed to cultivating an inclusive yet stimulating classroom where every child is seen, heard, and supported, ultimately inspiring a genuine love for learning Chinese.

担任5-8岁中文班教师及助教。

Serves as the teacher for the Chinese Young Learners class for ages 5–8 and also works as a teaching assistant. 

毕业于格拉斯哥大学教育学院儿童文学与素养专业。曾在苏州一所公立小学任教三年，积累了丰富的一线语文教学经验，尤其擅长低龄儿童中文启蒙。

Yuting holds a Master’s degree in Children’s Literature and Literacies from the School of Education at the University of Glasgow. She previously taught Chinese at a public primary school in Suzhou for three years, gaining extensive hands-on experience, particularly in introducing Chinese to young learners.

课堂上，Yuting 老师常通过绘本故事和生动的语言，引导孩子感受中文的趣味与节奏，让他们在轻松、愉快的氛围中自然学习和练习中文。她注重通过故事带动听、说、读、写的综合练习，让孩子在故事中体验语言的魅力和文化的趣味、在想象中培养好奇心与语言感知能力。

In her classes, Yuting often uses picture books and lively language to help children experience the fun and rhythm of Chinese, allowing them to learn and practice the language naturally in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She emphasizes integrating listening, speaking, reading, and writing through stories, helping children appreciate the charm of the language and culture, while fostering curiosity and language awareness through imagination.

伦敦艺术大学与京都工艺纤维大学设计学硕士，琵琶十级，业余足球运动员，软式曲棍球国际初级裁判员。

Master's degree in Design from the University of the Arts London and Kyoto Institute of Technology, 10th-grade pipa player, amateur football player, and international junior referee for soft hockey. 

她擅长以游戏互动形式展开教学，引导学生在玩的过程中收获知识。亲切耐心，充满活力的教学风格受到【萌芽班】宝宝们的喜爱。她在学校和各类公益组织中有丰富的教学经历，并积极在包容性教育支持方面进行训练和研究。在课堂中她善于借助多学科的交叉互补加深记忆，是一名文体两开花的综合型老师。

She excels at using interactive games to engage students, guiding them to gain knowledge through play. Her warm, patient, and energetic teaching style is beloved by the children in the 【Sprout Class】. She has extensive teaching experience in schools and various non-profit organisations and actively engages in training and research in inclusive education support. In the classroom, she skilfully leverages interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance memory retention, making her a well-rounded teacher with expertise in both academics and the arts.

Serves as a teaching assistant for Chinese and art classes and provides design and visual support. 

金斯顿大学插画专业硕士，擅长儿童绘本，叙事插画。

I have a Master of illustration qualification, where I have gained experience in curating children's picture books and providing narrative illustration.

教学理念：孩子们的想法往往比成年人更加丰富，更加直接，通过带领小朋友们根据课堂内容去运用综合材料创作属于他们自己的手工艺品，让他们在学习中文的同时，锻炼他们的动手和创造能力。我希望通过我在艺术方面的专业知识去引导小朋友们从听故事到讲故事，再到创作故事。

My teaching experience has come from listening to comparing children’s ideas to adults and applying a comprehensive plan of creating handicrafts to reflect Chinese culture. Activities are created to ensure they meet the needs and abilities of all who take part. I hope to use my professional knowledge in art and design to guide children from listening to stories to ultimately telling them through creative outlets.
